Club Communication - Temporary Shutdown

Dear Members, 

I was notified that a Member recently tested positive for the coronavirus, COVID-19. This Member is home, self-quarantined, and contacting anyone they have been in close contact with over the past 14 days. The Club has contacted individuals that may have been exposed along with identifying employees who may have also been in close contact (as defined by the CDC, within six feet for more than 15 minutes) with them. Please understand that we have an obligation to keep the name of this individual confidential. 

This Member attended the Annual Stockholders' Meeting, went into the golf shop and had dinner in the clubroom on Thursday, November 12, 2020. 

Due to recent influx of daily COVID-19 cases within our Red Run family, the Board of Directors and Management team decided it is best to be proactive and close down the clubhouse effective immediately until Thursday, December 3, 2020; this includes the fitness center, inside/outside dining and clubroom bar service.

If you should need anything from your locker, the Club will be open Tuesday, November 17, 2020 from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, to only retrieve the items you need.

Euchre Night (November 21st), Kids Fun Day/Board Games (November 21st), and Happy Hour in the Golf Shop (November 20th) have been cancelled. Winter Wonderland on November 29th is still in question.

The golf course will continue to stay open for golf. The golf shop will remain open to one Member at a time.

We will be offering curbside carry-out Thursdays through Saturdays from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. We are also still offering Thanksgiving Day carry-out packages. Watch for updated curbside menus this week.

The safety of our Members and Employees remain our top priority. We will continue to follow recommendations from the State of Michigan and also the CDC. We will update you as we progress through these unprecedented times.
